The “Baqiya Matrimony” group, aimed at pairing up ISIS supporters, was created June 9, 2016 on Telegram, and was also advertised on Facebook. The name was soon changed to the less-conspicuous “Love Fillah.” Those seeking a mate must fill out a questionnaire; the questions are provided in the Telegram group. According to the group, this is a safe and secure way to go about finding a spouse, because there are “those who hide as spies online.”
