Pro-ISIS Telegram Account Posts Dark Web Advertisement For Hiring Albanian Assassins And Hackers: ‘You Don’t Have To Pay ‘Till The Job Is Done’

Since its creation in November 2015, the Telegram channel “Cyber Kahilafah” has shared tips on how to circumvent surveillance by government agencies, and how to evade crackdowns by Twitter on the accounts of ISIS supporters.

As of June 14, 2016, the “Cyber kahilafah” Telegram channel had shared 56 photos, 1 audio file, 4 additional files and 64 links 


On June 14, 2016, the Telegram channel shared an advertisement for a Dark Web site that is allegedly run by the Albanian mafia, and offers the services of Albanian assassins and hackers. The site is accessed via The Onion Router (TOR).

In December 2015, the Cyber kahilafah channel posted links to download TOR, a browser which anonymize and encrypt users’ Internet browsing activity, and allowing them to access various sites on the Dark Web.
