Pro-ISIS Hacking Group Releases Kill List Of 289 U.S. Army Corps Of Engineers Personnel

On July 19, 2016 the pro-Islamic State (ISIS) hacking group United Cyber Caliphate (UCC) released a kill list on its Telegram channel containing what it said was personal details of 289 members of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Most of the personnel listed are from Oklahoma; however, there are dozens of names of a handful of other states. The message accompanying the information stated: “Wanted to kill. KILL THEM ALL. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. #HACKED.”
