Iran And Russia Considering Cyber Cooperation

On June 13, the director of Iran’s Civil Defense Organization, Brigadier General Gholam Reza Jalali told the IRNA news agency and Iran and Russia have considered cooperating on the cyber front. Jalali said that in talks between the two countries’ foreign ministers, they discussed the issue, and even raised the possibility that Iran, Russia, and China could form a Cyber Civil Defense collective. He said that as part of this cooperation, the countries would alert each other to any potential cyber threats.
